Truepick is an AI recruitment platform. You describe the role, and it screens every CV against it, interviews the strongest applicants and gives you a ranked shortlist with the reasons behind each score — so your team spends its time on the people worth meeting.

How a hire flows through Truepick

1. Create a job

   Fill in the job form, or ask the assistant in Chat to write it for you. The requirements you give here are what every CV is scored against.

2. Collect applicants

   Share the job link, embed it on your careers page, or upload CVs you already have. Each CV is read and scored automatically.

3. Interview the shortlist

   Invite candidates to an AI interview, or schedule a face-to-face interview with your team.

4. Decide and make an offer

   Compare evaluations side by side, then send an offer letter from the candidate's page.

Each page covers one screen of the app. Pages follow the same shape:

• A short summary of what the screen is for.
• A screenshot with numbered markers. The numbers match the field list beneath it, so you can find any field on the real screen.
• Every field and button explained — what it does, whether it is required, and when you would change it.
• Common questions at the bottom. Click one and it opens in ChatGPT or Claude, which reads the page and answers for you.
