Candidate profile

One person's CV details, applications, assessments and skills.

The candidate profile shows one person: the details read from their CV, every job they have applied to, and their assessment results. Open it with View on the Candidates page, or View full candidate profile on an application. Scores, interviews and offers live on each application, because they belong to a specific job.

ItemWhat it does

1Name and contact: Photo or initials, email, phone, location, and LinkedIn and portfolio links when known. An Imported badge marks a bulk upload.
2Download CV: Download the most recent CV on file.
3Delete Candidate: Permanently delete the person — see below.
4Professional Summary: A short summary taken from the CV.
5Experience: Each role with company, dates and description.
6Education: Degrees with institution, field and year.
7Job Applications: Every job this person applied to, newest first, with the date, status and location. The eye opens the job; the download button gets the CV sent with that application.
8Assessments: Every assessment they were sent, with Passed or Failed and the score. Click one to see each answer and the AI's evaluation of it.
9Skills: Skills from the CV. With more than 10, a search box appears; long lists can be expanded with Show all.

All of this is read from the CV by AI when it is uploaded or the candidate applies. When a newer CV arrives, the profile is updated from it.
Profiles cannot be edited by hand on this page.

Deleting a candidate

Delete Candidate asks you to confirm, then permanently removes the person, their photo and all of their job applications — scores, interviews and history included. Use it when a candidate asks for their data to be removed.

This cannot be undone

If you only want to take someone out of one job, remove that application from the job instead and keep the candidate.
