Inviting a teammate
- Type their email and click Send Invitation. They get an email with a link to join your workspace.
- Invitations expire after 7 days.
- Unanswered invitations are listed under Pending Invitations. The bin icon cancels one so its link stops working.
New members join as Admin
Every invitation currently gives full administrator access. Only invite people who should be able to manage your jobs, team and settings.
Team members and roles
- Each member shows their name, email and role — Admin or User.
- Administrators can invite and remove members, edit the Company Profile, change the video interviewer setting and see Developer Tools.
- The bin icon next to a member removes them after you confirm. They lose access immediately. The last administrator cannot remove themselves.
- Only administrators can invite or remove people.
